Annotation

The southern non-black earth region is a forest and partly forest-steppe site, located in the interfluve of the upper reaches of the rivers Dnieper and Oka.

A. D. Bulokhov explores the vegetation in the area for 30 years, and he started as the typical «dominanti», but since the early 1990s began to use to classify vegetation approach of Braun-Blanquet and pereobrabotan all previously collected material (the method of Braun-Blanquet, A. D. Bulokhov mastered in Ufa). The results of the classification of the meadows has been recently published in the monograph (Bulokhov, 2001) and reviewed in (Mirkin, Yamal, 2003).
