Annotation
The monograph is devoted to the vegetation of Hungary. It should be noted that the book is structured in great detail. It begins with a brief review of the history of the development of geobotany in the world and in Hungary in particular. In a separate small sections define the related basic concepts of phytocenology, the most important rules of the description of plant communities, the principles of syntaxonomy in the direction of Braun-Blanquet. What follows is a very brief description of the nature of Hungary (geology, climate, hydrography, soils). More detail geobotanical regionalization of the country. The author identifies 6 floristic provinces, each of which is divided into floristic regions.
