Research interests:

  • Seed germination and cultivation of seedlings of rare orchid plant – Dactylorhiza maculata s.l. in culture in vitro.
  • Study of viability and rates of development of seedlings and juvenile plants of Dactylorhiza maculata s. l. in vitro culture, their morphological and anatomical structure and morphometrical characteristics.
  • Experiments of transplantation of Dactylorhiza maculata s. l. plants grown in in vitro culture into natural conditions.
  • Study of initial stages of development of Dactylorhiza maculata in natural conditions and their natural coenopopylations (number, density, age structure, dynamics, fruiting).
  • Study of embryology of Sambucus racemosa.

Education and work experience:

2001 – graduated from the bachelor's degree program at St. Petersburg State University, Department of Biogeography and Nature Conservation.
2003 – graduated from the magistracy of the St. Petersburg State University, Department of Biogeography and Nature Conservation.

2000 – until now – employee of the laboratory of embryology and reproductive biology of the Komarov Botanical Institute RAS.
