2000 – graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Biology and Soil Science, Department of Geobotany. Master's thesis – «Features of the formation of forest climax communities (on the example of different types of spruce forests)».
2007 – Ph.D. thesis «Dynamics of spruce forests in the North-West of Russia in connection with the formation of windows».
2011 – UNESCO Prize for scientific research «Dynamics of postwind spruce forests of the Central Forest Reserve in the long term».
2012 – Diploma of the II degree of the F.R. Shtilmark competition for the book «Atlas of Plants of the Central Forest State Natural Biosphere Reserve».

2000 – until now – have been working at the Komarov Botanical Institute of the RAS, position Research Scientist.
